Data and cookies

The Article 13 and Article 6 GDPR notice, and the rule for necessary cookies.

Who is responsible

Controller: Si Business Institute s.r.o., Ostrovní 126/30, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, IČO 14121549, DIČ CZ14121549, C 360777, Městský soud v Praze. There is no data protection officer: one is not required for an agency of this size. Questions: [email protected].

The brief you send

The form collects your name, company, email, phone, niche, services, budget and message. The purpose is to reply to your request and, if we agree, to do the work. The legal basis is steps before a contract, at your request: GDPR Article 6(1)(b). That is not consent. If you do not send the form, there is nothing to reply to. The form does not add you to a mailing list.

Contract and accounts

If work starts, contract and invoice records are kept because Czech accounting and tax law requires it: GDPR Article 6(1)(c). The period is set by that law, not by us: usually 5 years for accounting records and up to 10 years for tax documents.

Cookies

There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so the notice does not accept or switch anything on. Necessary cookies are allowed without consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, because the site cannot function without them. The table lists the name, purpose and duration.

Who else sees the data

Hosting is Hetzner, on a server in Helsinki, inside the EEA. The site and forwarding for info@ go through Cloudflare. Mail to the company address is forwarded to a Google mailbox. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EEA; that transfer uses the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, GDPR Chapter V. We do not sell the data or pass it to ad networks.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of the brief, and objection where it applies. There is no consent here to withdraw: the brief is handled as a request, not a subscription. A complaint goes to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.cz. You can write to us first: [email protected]. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.
